We deliver Italian concentrated musts, that are carefully selected and mixed. Carefully filtered to reach the needed concentric in 65 - 68 Brix.
WHERE TO USE
This type of product is being used in the winemaking industry for enrichment any type of wine, during the period of harvesting or even later. Also it is used in food industry to produce grape juice of multi-flavor juices and other drinks.
PRODUCT QUALITY
- The must we sell is made only from the matured and sound grapes;
- EU legislation for deionized (EC Reg. 1234/07) is implemented for the product;
- The product is natural and clean, has no added sugars, flavor or colouring substances;
- Musts are free from GMO product;
- Is hypoallergenic;
- Free from any kinds of bacteria that might bring harm.
PACKAGING
Trunk-conical drum with inside an aseptic food bag capacity 220 liters.
Also simple plastic container for 1000 liters including pallet, and is non-aseptic.
