Aromint Lux SRL is the exclusive representative LaFood Group SpA on CIS territory, that is the worlds brand in winemaking sector.

LaFood Group was established thanks to passion and initiative of dr Massimiliano Zingrapoli. The company is oriented on researches and development new bio-technologies and innovative methods in worlds winemaking.

 

During many years of its work, LaFood Group is tightly cooperating with scientific and research centers all over the world and winemakers. Also, since 2010, we run the tests in different Italian winemaking companies for reducing or decreasing SO2 in usage.

 

We are working with famous professors like Zironi, that is running food sector scinces department in the Udine University, Italy. Professor Zironi was the first researcher that started experiments in the winemaking with the method called “low level of SO2”

Many wines, that are produced with LaFood biomaterials, keep their leading positions on different competitions all over the world.

YEASTS

Selected yeasts of the first and second generations, I Fantasctici 4 series, The Avangers series, Special New series, Gran Gru Series, Elite series, Extreme Basic series. Wide range of yeasts gives possibilities to choose the needed kind of yeast to every kind of grape, with the possibility of opening the full flavor of the chosen grape kind, with adding a bit of aromatic tones. Yeasts are working with low temperatures. Yeasts need high level of fixity to the alcohol fermentation.

 

NUTRIENT MATERIALS

Organic line of products that help fermentation process and give needed characteristics:

  • helps to prevent condensation of anthocyanintannin complex, high level of sulphur-containing amino acidswith high antioxygenic properties;
  • can produce high concentrations of mannoproteins;
  • bacterias for apple-lacto fermentations.

 

ENZYMES

For red and white wines, high active fermentation products where we see the balance in two main fration PE, PG, PL in active.

TANNINS FOR THE FERMENTATION

Tannins for winemaking absolutely natural with the high level of clearing. Tannin extracted out of the chestnut wood and Quebracho wood, gallo tannin, Tara wood tannina and mimosa bark tannin.

 

TANNINS FOR WINE AGING

Special prepared tannins of high quality and the level of clearance. Were developed thanks to the last scientific researches about natural antioxidants and polyphenols.

 

CHIPS & STAVES

Produced for the best French and Americans oaks. The technology of heating is specially created to open the flavor, that are seeking to provide the best quality products. Increase sweetness and structure of taste, also helps wine to show its temper and power.
