LaFood Group was established thanks to passion and initiative of dr Massimiliano Zingrapoli. The company is oriented on researches and development new bio-technologies and innovative methods in worlds winemaking.
During many years of its work, LaFood Group is tightly cooperating with scientific and research centers all over the world and winemakers. Also, since 2010, we run the tests in different Italian winemaking companies for reducing or decreasing SO2 in usage.
We are working with famous professors like Zironi, that is running food sector scinces department in the Udine University, Italy. Professor Zironi was the first researcher that started experiments in the winemaking with the method called “low level of SO2”
