MATERIALS
Aluminium-polyethylene-aluminium (multilevel) are laminated in the general thickness 55, 60, 80, 100, 120 mcm. Capsules that are made off the multilevel aluminium are the perfect match for the sparkling wines.
SIDE FACE DECORATION
We create in any individual color that the client wants, having pearl color and all the sparkling and dull colors. The print can be 6 colors rotogravure, flexo 8 colors plus the background color, hot foiling 1 or 2 colors, cold foiling as well.
TOP DISC DECORATION
Top disc is made of the aluminium of high thickness, no gathers that ruin the esthetics. Top disc can include also embossing as well. The print can be 6 colors rotogravure, flexo 8 colors plus the background color. Modern facilities and technologies to produce cliché helps us to do high quality multilevel embossing.
SIZES
Standard sizes: high 75-138 mm (including medallions), top diameter 32-36mm. Not standard sizes: for the souvenir bottles 1.5 L, 3L , 6L and others.
