Nowadays plenty of wineries starting to use screw caps for wines, as they find it the best decision to seal the wine at the moment. But on the other hand, also many winemakers consider that screw cap is good for wines to drink, and the cork is good for wine aging

MATERIALS

Screw caps are made of aluminium. Inside the sealer saranex is installed, that can be used for 3 years, and the sealer from tin can be use for 7 years.

SPARKLING WINE AND CHAMPAGNE

There is a new comer on the market, new sealer that can challenge great pressure till 6 bars for a long period. It gives us a possibility to use screw caps for Frizzante wines, Proseco and other sparkling wines.

DECORATION

It is possible to use any Pantone color for the cap. The decoration is made by using the lithography, hot foiling, embossing, on the top and face side of the cap.

SIZES

General sizes are 30*60mm, but it is possible to do others.

This type of screw cap can be implemented not only for the still water, but for the sparkling as well. Special sealer is designed to hold the pressure.

SCREW CAP WITH DISCLOSURE INDICATOR – SPRING

Spring type cap can always show to the buyer that the bottle was opened. In the moment of opening the bottle, plastic ring – indicator is being broke into three parts and is left on the cap and not on the bottle. This system not only informs the buyer about the fact that the bottle is opened, but also, saves him from cutting with the metal ring, that is left on the bottle using simple caps.

After opening the bottle, the oil could be used during the long period of time in small portions. For that special caps are needed, that is comfortable to re-close and that can help to pour out oil.

MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION

Screw caps are made of aluminium and go together with polymeric measure hoppers with the different configuration. Dispensers are designed according to the oil viscosity, to get the best flush. Also the special anti-drop technology makes flushing even more comfortable, because we all know that it is not good when oil drops make the mess on the table.
